Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, it has become natural for her to face and solve challenges. Born in Italy and educated in Paris, Massimo Ianni graduated from Glion Hotel Management School (Switzerland), and got a Hospitality Master Degree at Kellogg University.
He has been working in the International Hospitality and Tourism industry for the last 35 years.
Some of his main achievements include:
- Creation of Casas Latinas collection.
- Brand and Culture Guardian & Member of the Board at The Set Hotels.
- CEO of Alrov Luxury Hotels during rebranding to The Set Hotels and launch of the Mamilla Hotel, and The Conservatorium Hotel.
- Acting Managing Director for Armani Hotels and Resorts for 4 years.
- COO for South America and Europe at Faena Group, including the Philippe Starck designed Faena Hotel & Universe.
- 14 years working for Hyatt International Corporation, starting as General Manager of Park Hyatt Buenos Aires, and ending as Corporate Director of the Hotel F&B for Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
After founding his own Consulting Firm Massimo & Partners, he advised very important companies, such as Llao Llao Hotel & Resort, Alvear Palace Hotel, Royal Class Private Jet Company, Destino Argentina, and Glion Hotel School among others.
Casas Latinas Sales & Marketing Manager
Dolores studied Hotel Management with orientation in Marketing & Negotiation.
She developed her corporate career working as Contracting Manager for Barcelo Business Travel, followed by the position of Commercial Business Manager for Opera Pampa, and then, Sales Manager for Faena Hotel Buenos Aires.
In 2008, she set up her own company, dedicated to commercial representation, and comprehensive advice on exclusive tourist products.
Dolores leads Marketing & Sales team at Hub Porteño since November 2018.
Casas Latinas Business & Experience Curator
After graduating in Hotel Managment from the National University of Quilmes, she later studied abroad at the faculty of Tourism of the Balearic Island for a period of six months.
She has developed a career in the Meeting & Events corporative industry in Buenos Aires for different 5-Star Hotels such as Faena, Hilton and Panamericano since she was quite young.
During the time she spent in Spain, she worked for a technological company as functional consultant of the Property Management System used in different properties around the Balearic and Canary Islands and in the Caribbean. Before coming back to Argentina, she collaborated as a team member of the Youth Hotel Association, in Bath, England.
During 2018 she worked as a Project Officer for Business 20 Argentina, in organizing events and dealing with members and authorities. By the end of the year, she joined Massimo Ianni’s team as Casas Latinas Business & Experience Curator, working especially for Hub Porteño.
Catalina is currently doing a master’s degree in International Studies at Di Tella University, in Buenos Aires.
Casas Latinas Revenue & Reservation Specialist
Graduated as an Interior Designer in 2011, Bárbara has replicated the idea of making feel someone “at home” in the hospitality industry.
She has worked for four years as a Property Manager in a temporary rental company, managing the daily operations and quality controls for the homes that were rented both for housekeeping and maintenance.
Bárbara is now the Revenue Manager and Reservations Specialist for Hub Porteño.
